  • ½ pounds pork tenderloin: 1 piece (cut into 2-inch strips)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
  • black beans: 3 cans (15 ounce cans)
  • salsa: 1 jar (16 ounce jar)
  • chicken broth: 0.5 cup
  • oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
  • ground cumin: 1 tsp
  • chili powder: 2 tsp

  1. Combine pork tenderloin, onion, red pepper, black beans, salsa, chicken broth, oregano, cumin, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Set to Low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
