Do you like Julienne? If so, then this variation will certainly appeal to you? The combination of chicken, mushrooms, sour cream and soft buns gives the dish unusual, but amazing taste


  • chicken legs : 2 g (large)
  • champignons : 400 g
  • sour cream : 200 g
  • hard pressed cheese : 150 g
  • onion : 2 piece
  • buns : 6 piece
  • oil : 30 ml
  • salt : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken legs and boil them in salty water. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it well

  2. Chop the onions and fry them on small fire for about 7-8 minutes. Chop and add champignons, fry until they are ready

  3. Add chicken meat, sour cream and stew during 15 minutes

  4. Remove the middle part of the buns as it is shown on the photo

  5. Grate the cheese. Spoon the ready-made Julienne inside the buns and dredge each bun with grated cheese. Put them on a baking form and cook in the oven until the cheese melts
