This sweet kugel is made with egg noodles baked in a creamy mixture of eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese. This delicious fluffy casserole is topped with Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter for a rich and delicious Jewish holiday dish.

  • large egg noodles: 1 pack (8 ounce pack)
  • butter: 6 Tbsp (sliced)
  • eggs, separated: 6 piece
  • white sugar: 0.5 cup
  • cream cheese: 0.75 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
  • sour cream: 4 Tbsp
  • cottage cheese, creamed: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • butter: 4 Tbsp (melted)
  • white sugar: 0.25 cup
  • graham cracker crumbs: 0.33333 cup
