- chicken breasts : 2 piece
- Teriyaki sauce : 100 ml
- ginger : 1 Tbsp
- lemon : 1 piece
- garlic : 2 clove
- olive oil : 50 ml
- cilantro : 1 bunch
- lettuce : 1 bunch
Stages of cooking
Remove the bones from the chicken breasts and “unfold” them
Slice the lemon into semi-circles, chop cilantro, ginger and garlic
Put the chicken breasts into a deep bowl and cover them with lemon, ginger, garlic and cilantro. Add teriyaki sauce, olive oil and leave for a few hours, preferably, for the night
Take cilantro, ginger and garlic from the marinade and stuff chicken breasts with them
Wrap each chicken breast into foil and bake on grill for about 30 minutes
