- skim cheese : 200 g
- banana : 3 piece
- apricot jam : 2 Tbsp
- egg : 1 piece
- flour : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Peel and blend the bananas to get the puree condition
Mix and stir skim cheese, one egg and flour
Mix banana puree with cheese dough, spoon into silicon or any other fireproof forms
Heat the oven to 160-170 degrees, place the cupcakes inside and bake until they become golden. This usually takes around half an hour
