  • lemon: 1 piece

  • fennel: 1 bunch

  1. Prepare the products for the cocktail first

  2. Cut the apples into slices, remove the seeds, but do not peel the fruit.

  3. Cut celery stalks into small cubes.

  5. Peel a lemon and remove zest and seeds to get rid of bitterness. Slice the lemon into circles, then cut each circle into quarters.

  6. Repeat the same step with the orange, but do not peel the zest.

  7. Chop parsley and fennel.

  8. Tear the mint into pieces and put it into the jar you will cook the lemonade in. I used 2 jars around 2 liters each. Add other ingredients and pour water inside. Place the jars into the fridge for 10-12 hours. Start the next morning with this refreshing and healthy natural weight loss cocktail!
