Easy and quick energy balls. Make as breakfast bites for the whole week! Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Ingredients

  • old-fashioned oats: 1 cup
  • peanut butter: 0.5 cup
  • ground flax seed: 0.5 cup
  • chocolate chips: 0.5 cup
  • honey: 0.33333 cup
  • chia seeds: 1 Tbsp (optional)
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp

  1. Combine oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Cover and chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
