These smoothies taste like something you’d have on a tropical vacation. They’re perfect for breakfast to start the day — they also make a refreshing afternoon snack or even a healthy dessert. To make life easy, use frozen peaches and mangoes, which don’t require any washing, peeling or slicing.
- peeled and sliced peaches : 1 cup (cold, frozen peaches should be thawed)
- mangoes : 0.5 cup (chopped, cold (frozen mangoes should be thawed))
- mango nectar : 0.25 cup (cold)
- banana : 0.5 piece (1/2)
- sugar : 2 tsp (or honey (optional))
- ice : 2 cubes
Stages of cooking
Simply place the fruit, mango nectar, a touch of sugar or honey, and 2 ice cubes into the blender.
Liquify until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
