  • ¾ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • packed brown sugar: 0.33333 cup
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • butter, chilled: 0.33333 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • half-and-half cream: 0.5 cup
  • pear: 1 cup (chopped)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
