This vegan sugar cookie recipe is so easy to make. These delicious cookies keep their shape when baked and are perfect for decorating as Christmas cookies!

  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • white sugar: 0.75 cup
  • vegan margarine (such as Earth Balance): 0.5 cup
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • coconut milk: 2 Tbsp

  1. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl.
