Try this pizza salad if you love the taste of pizza but don't want the calories of a deep-dish crust.

Ingredients

  • head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces: 1 piece
  • salami: 0.5 pound (cut into strips)
  • mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • tomato: 1 piece (chopped)
  • pitted black olives: 0.5 cup (halved)
  • fresh chives: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • tomato sauce: 1 can (8 ounce can)
  • vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
  • white wine vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • white sugar: 1 tsp
  • oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • garlic powder: 0.25 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp

  1. Combine lettuce, salami, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, tomato, olives, and chives in a large bowl. Mix well to combine.
