This pomegranate popsicle is the Indo-American dessert. It takes only 15 minutes to mix the ingredients, but it takes much longer to freeze it. The result, however, is worth waiting. The dessert is freshening and very tasty! It will certainly appeal to your kids!
- pomegranate : 1 cup
- sugar : 2 Tbsp (or brown sugar)
- water : 0.5 cup (or as much as needed)
Stages of cooking
Mix pomegranate seeds, water and sugar in a mixer jar. Grind the ingredients well.
Drain pomegranate juice then.
Take the ice pop moulds and pour the pomegranate juice into them. Place the dessert into a freezer for about 5 hours.
As soon as the popsicles are ready, unmold them and serve while cold! Bon appétit!
