Very easy recipe for meat lovers. It will be a great main cource on your romantic dinner or if you are looking for new variations of meat steak than you'll love this recipe.

Ingredients

  • pork chops: 700 g (loin)
  • soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
  • brandy: 5 Tbsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • butter: 3 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • balsamic: 0.5 Tbsp
  • meat broth: 100 ml

  1. Take 6 or 7 pork chops, salt and pepper both sides. Mix soy sauce, brandy and balsamic. Puor meat with marinade sauce and leave in cold for 2 hours.

  2. Now we\'ll prepare the sauce. Peel and chop the onion.

  3. Heat the oil to medium-high heat, add the onion, salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat until it turns golden. Then add brandy very very carefully!

  4. When the liquid evaporates add the buillon and cook for 3 minutes.After this remove the sauce from the heat, add broth and stir.

  5. Heat the oil on the pan, add the butter. When the butter is melted and the butter/oil mixture is hot, cook  pork chops for 3 minutes on both sides.

  6. Serve the pork with the sauce.
