Ingredients

  • black pepper: 1 tsp
  • sweet red pepper: 1 tsp
  • olive oil: 70 ml
  • dry bread crumbs: 2 Tbsp
  • spinach: 4 piece
  • garlic: 4 clove
  • mustard seed: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • rosemary: 2 piece
  • pork: 800 g (tenderloin)

  1. Chop rosemary.

  2. Mix it with olive oil (1 tsp), grated garlic and bread crumbs.

  3. Place spinach over pork tenderloin piece and then spread garlic marinade over.

  4. Cover it with another pork piece.

  5. Tie up pork tenderloin with thread like in the picture.

  6. Meanwhile mix olive oil with mustard seeds, black and red pepper and salt.

  7. Spread this dressing over pork with kitchen brush.

  8. Place pork into a baking form and cover with foil. Bake in pre-heated to 180 C (350 F) degrees oven for about 50 minutes.

  9. Take out of the oven and let it cool just little. Remove thread and slice pork tenderloin. Now you may serve it!
