  • almond milk: 0.75 cup
  • oats: 0.5 cup
  • peanut butter: 2 Tbsp
  • chia seeds: 2 Tbsp
  • agave nectar: 2 Tbsp
  • scoop vanilla protein powder: 1 piece
  • frozen blueberries: 1 cup
