  • lean ground beef: 1 pound
  • spaghetti sauce: 1 jar (26 ounce jar)
  • whole kernel corn: 1 can (15.25 ounce can)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
