This rotini pasta salad is a standard for potlucks. This recipe makes a nice big salad that tastes great!

Ingredients

  • colored rotini pasta: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
  • tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
  • green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • cucumber: 1 piece (chopped)
  • broccoli florets: 1 cup
  • sliced mushrooms: 1 cup (fresh)
  • black olives, pitted and: 1 cup (sliced)
  • Italian-style salad dressing: 1 bottle (8 ounce bottle)

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
