Ingredients

  • ramen noodles: 2 packages (3 ounce packages, crushed)
  • blanched slivered almonds: 1 cup
  • sesame seeds: 2 tsp
  • butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
  • vegetable oil: 0.75 cup
  • white sugar: 0.5 cup
  • distilled white vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • head napa cabbage: 1 piece (shredded)
  • bunch green onions: 1 piece (chopped)

  1. Brown ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds with melted butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Once browned, take off heat and cool.

  2. Bring oil, sugar, and vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan for 1 minute. Cool. Add soy sauce.
