  • roma (plum) tomatoes: 12 piece
  • onion, quartered: 1 piece
  • garlic, unpeeled: 2 clove
  • jalapeno Chili pepper: 1 piece
  • ½ tablespoons olive oil: 1 piece
  • fresh cilantro: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • lime juice: 3 Tbsp (fresh)
  • ground cumin: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp

  1. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
