This is great as a relish for hamburgers and hot dogs at family cook-outs!

Ingredients

  • sauerkraut: 1 can (20 ounce can, drained)
  • green bell peppers: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • red bell peppers: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • celery: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • white vinegar: 0.75 cup
  • white sugar: 1 cup
