Trying to get away from processed foods, I created a recipe for sausage balls that uses flour and doesn't use baking mix.

Ingredients

  • bulk spicy pork sausage, at room temperature: 1 pound
  • extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, at room temperature: 2 packages (8 ounce packages, shredded)
  • ¼ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • ¼ teaspoons baking powder: 2 piece
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • onion powder: 0.25 tsp
  • seasoned salt: 0.25 tsp
  • dry mustard: 0.25 tsp
