  • milk: 0.25 cup
  • ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • butter: 1 Tbsp (plus more as needed)

  1. Whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, and black pepper in a shallow bowl until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
