  • vegetable broth: 6 cups
  • basmati rice: 2 cups
  • quinoa: 1 cup
  • tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped, optional)
  • raisins: 0.25 cup (optional)
  • fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 1 tsp
  • ground allspice: 0.5 tsp
  • sage: 0.5 tsp (dried)
