  • ounces Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce: 10 piece
  • kosher salt: 0.5 cup
  • white sugar: 0.5 cup
  • sage: 2 Tbsp (dried)
  • celery seed: 2 Tbsp (dried)
  • thyme: 1 Tbsp (dried)
