This is an awesomely simple, light, and refreshing salsa made with shrimp, ripe tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro that goes great with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • salad shrimp: 0.5 pound
  • roma (plum) tomatoes: 2 piece (diced)
  • red onion: 0.5 piece (diced)
  • cilantro: 0.25 cup (minced)
  • lime juice: 0.25 cup (fresh)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • black pepper: 1 tsp (freshly ground)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
