Light, juicy, bright, healthy, original - all this about our today's recipe shrimp salad with lime dressing.
- shrimp : 500 g
- tomatoes : 1 piece
- sweet pepper : 1 piece
- carrots : 1 piece
- salad lattuce : 1 sprigs (or salad mix)
- honey : 1 Tbsp
- onion : 1 piece
- lime : 1 piece
- oregano : 0.5 tsp
- paprica : 1 pinch
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- salt : 1 pinch
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut into large pieces tomato, pepper and onion, grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Put everything on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, add spices and bake for 15 minutes at 200 C.
Cook (or defrost) and peel the shrimps.
Heat butter (or olive oil) in a pan and fry the shrimps for a minute.
Mix honey, lime juice and olive oil.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add dressing and mix.
