The best beans for chili are pinto, kidney, and black beans, like in this easy and tasty recipe. This 3-bean chili freezes great for meals later in the week. If you prefer thinner chili, add an extra can of tomato sauce. The green chiles are not hot and add a wonderful flavor, so don't be afraid to use them.

  • 93%-lean ground turkey: 1 pack (20 ounce pack)
  • fire-roasted tomatoes: 1 can (28 ounce can, diced)
  • tomato sauce: 1 can (16 ounce can)
  • pinto beans: 1 can (15.5 ounce can, drained)
  • kidney beans: 1 can (15.5 ounce can, drained)
  • reduced-sodium black beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • green Chilis: 1 can (4.5 ounce can, chopped)
  • chili powder: 2 Tbsp
  • garlic: 1 Tbsp (minced)
  • oregano: 1 tsp
  • pinch ground cumin: 1 piece
