A venison roast crockpot dinner, slow cooked with onion, creamy mushroom soup, a dab of this and a spice of that. It's a simple, tasty way to enjoy game meat.

Ingredients

  • boneless venison roast: 3 pound
  • onion: 1 piece (sliced)
  • soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt: 1 Tbsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • dry onion soup mix: 1 pack (1 ounce pack)
  • condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 can (10.75 ounce can)

  1. Clean venison roast and place in a slow cooker. Cover with onion slices, then sprinkle with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper.
