Smoked cabbage is hands-off and a perfect side dish for whatever floats your boat. While you've got that smoker fired up, quarter a head of cabbage and slap it on in that last bit of cooking time. It pairs well with beef, pork, and chicken.

Ingredients

  • head green cabbage, quartered: 1 piece
  • olive oil: 0.5 cup
  • Montreal steak seasoning: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • real bacon bits: 0.25 cup
