This salad is very light, colorful and tasty, it is ideal for dinner or lunch. You may serve it with some meat, it is a nice choice.
- haricot : 250 g
- carrot : 2 piece
- garlic : 1 clove
- zucchini : 1 piece
- olive oil : 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
- mustard : 1 Tbsp
- honey : 1 Tbsp
- salt : 1 pinch
- red pepper : 1 pinch
- black pepper : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
To make a dressing, in a bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard seeds, honey and salt per taste.
Chop or process garlic and mix well.
Pour water in a pan and place on the flame. Then rinse and dry with a paper or kitchen towel haricot, rinse and slice into strips carrot. Do the same with zucchini.
When water is boiled, add salt and pour it in a bowl. Place over it a collander and place in harricot for 3-4 minutes.
Immediately place it in a water with ice cubes. In 3-4 minutes take it away and little dry with napkins.
Now place carrot in collander and cook during 1 minute.
Place in cold water.
Put zucchini in the collander and leave for 1-2 minutes.
Now mix all the vegetables in a bowl and dress with the sauce. Enjoy the salad.
