Ingredients

  • ½ cups water: 3 piece
  • dash salt: 1 piece
  • steel-cut oats: 1 cup
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • cashews: 0.5 cup
  • sweetened dried cranberries (such as Ocean Spray® Craisins®): 0.25 cup
  • flaked coconut: 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • pinch white sugar: 1 piece (to taste, optional)

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Stir oats into boiling water; cook oats until thick and soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
