Easy pulled pork for get-together or summer dinner. You can serve this on Kaiser rolls, hamburger buns, or Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • boneless pork shoulder roast: 1 piece (3 pound)
  • ketchup: 1 cup
  • firmly packed brown sugar: 0.5 cup
  • apple cider vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • dry onion soup mix (such as Lipton®): 1 envelope (1 ounce envelope)
  • hot sauce: 1 Tbsp (to taste, optional)
  • hamburger buns: 10 piece (split)

  1. Place pork roast in a slow cooker. Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, onion soup mix, and hot sauce together in a bowl; pour over pork and turn to coat pork completely.
