Ingredients

  • eggs: 2 piece (beaten)
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (grated)
  • ounces seasoned bread crumbs: 7 piece
  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves: 6 piece
  • vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
  • ounces pasta sauce: 12 piece
  • slices Monterey Jack cheese: 6 piece

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
