These turkey patties are made with a blend of different seasonings and quickly pan-fried for an entree that you can get on the table in minutes. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • ground turkey: 1 pound
  • fine dry bread crumbs: 0.25 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • green onions: 2 Tbsp (minced)
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • fresh ginger root: 1 tsp (minced)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
  • vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
  • fresh parsley: 2 Tbsp (chopped)

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl until combined. Shape into 4 patties.

  3. Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
