Keto lasagna made with zucchini slices instead of pasta. This low-carb, gluten-free beef lasagna is delicious and satisfying; it's a crowd-pleaser!

  • ricotta cheese: 1 container (8 ounce container)

  • ground nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
  • mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (shredded)
