- wheat flour : 200 g
- salt : 1 pinch
- brown sugar : 30 g
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- egg : 3 piece
- coconut milk : 200 ml
- oil : 1 Tbsp
- shredded coconut : 30 g
- maple syrup : 50 ml
Stages of cooking
Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl.
Whisk eggs with coconut milk. If you use canned coconut milk, then before use you need to mix the cream and coconut water until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid, stir with a whisk until smooth. Do not knead for a long time.
Heat the pan. Brush it with oil and bake pancakes on medium heat, putting them with a tablespoon. Fry on each side for 1-2 minutes.
