  • pint cherry tomatoes: 1 piece (halved)
  • seeded watermelon: 2 cups (cubed)
  • basil leaves: 6 piece (sliced)
  • crumbled feta cheese: 0.5 cup
  • lemon zest: 1 tsp
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • ½ tablespoons white balsamic vinegar: 1 piece
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
