Ingredients

  • zucchini (10 ounces), ends: 1 piece (trimmed)
  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • baking powder: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • butter: 1 cup (softened)
  • sour cream: 1 cup
  • 1/2 cups white sugar: 1 piece
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 Tbsp
  • pecans: 1 cup (chopped)
  • packed brown sugar: 0.5 cup
  • cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
