This crispy corned beef hash is made in the air fryer from start to finish. It's great if you're looking for something to do with leftover corned beef.

  • red potatoes: 1 pound (cubed)
  • green bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • vegetable oil: 2 tsp
  • paprika: 0.5 tsp
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • leftover corned beef: 1 cup (cubed)
  • eggs: 2 piece

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine potatoes, bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl. Add vegetable oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until potatoes are evenly coated. Transfer mixture to the air fryer basket.
