This easy slaw with apples, raisins, and carrots is the perfect side for any meat or fish dish.

Ingredients

  • yogurt (such as Icelandic Skyr®): 0.33333 cup
  • light mayonnaise: 0.33333 cup
  • 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar: 1 piece
  • poppy seeds: 1 Tbsp
  • Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • or shredded cabbage: 5 cups (chopped)
  • carrot: 0.33333 cup (julienned)
  • unpeeled diced red apple: 2 cups
  • golden raisins: 0.5 cup
  • parsley: (for garnish, fresh)
