It's spicy and super-addictive! Serve with lettuce as lettuce wraps. Great with crackers and pita bread, too.

Ingredients

  • chunk light tuna in water: 5 cans (5 ounce cans, drained and flaked)
  • sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®): 0.5 cup
  • carrot: 0.5 cup (finely chopped)
  • green onions: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • cilantro: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
  • sesame seeds: 1 Tbsp
  • ½ teaspoons ground ginger: 1 piece
  • ½ teaspoons ground red Chili pepper: 1 piece
  • kosher salt: 0.75 tsp
  • light mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • Asian Chili paste (such as sambal oelek): 0.25 cup
  • sesame oil: 2 Tbsp
  • light soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • honey: 1 Tbsp

  1. Mix tuna, cranberries, carrot, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, ginger, ground chile pepper, and kosher salt together in a large bowl.
