  • slices whole-grain bread: 4 piece
  • avocado, halved and pitted: 1 piece
  • fresh parsley: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil: 1 piece
  • lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • onion powder: 0.5 tsp
  • garlic powder: 0.5 tsp

  1. Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
