Baked acorn squash is a very easy and yummy vegetable side dish to make!

Ingredients

  • acorn squash, halved and: 2 piece (seeded)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • butter: 0.25 cup (diced)
  • firmly packed brown sugar: 6 Tbsp
  • ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
