This mustard-crusted salmon is a wonderful way to prepare fresh salmon fillets in the oven. Be sure to make extra — your family will be begging for more!

Ingredients

  • butter: 0.25 cup (melted)
  • Dijon mustard: 3 Tbsp
  • ½ tablespoons honey: 1 piece
  • dry bread crumbs: 0.25 cup
  • pecans: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
  • fresh parsley: 4 tsp (chopped)
  • fillets salmon: 4 piece (4 ounce)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • lemon: 1 piece (for garnish)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
