Easy chicken fajitas for a busy family. Serve with desired toppings (sour cream, salsa, etc.).

  • cornstarch: 1 Tbsp
  • chili powder: 2 tsp
  • paprika: 1 tsp
  • white sugar: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • onion powder: 0.5 tsp
  • garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
  • ground cumin: 0.5 tsp
  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts: 1 pound (sliced)
  • red bell peppers: 2 piece (sliced)
  • onion: 1 piece (sliced)
  • corn tortillas: 12 piece

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
