This baked salmon is a great recipe for beginners. This was my first time making fish and it was a hit. Even my 9-year-old daughter who wouldn't ever dream of eating fish had half of my portion!

Ingredients

  • light olive oil: 6 Tbsp
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
  • parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped, fresh)
  • basil: 1 tsp (dried)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 1 tsp
  • fillets salmon: 2 piece (6 ounce)
