Ingredients

  • ground red pepper (cayenne): 2 tsp
  • ground turmeric: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • wild Pacific salmon fillets: 0.5 pound (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • cornstarch: 2 tsp
  • oil for frying: 0.5 cup

  1. Mix together the cayenne, turmeric, and salt in a bowl. Add the salmon to the bowl and toss to coat. Allow to sit 15 minutes.
