  • diced, cooked rotisserie chicken: 2 cups
  • ounces cream cheese: 8 piece (softened)
  • ounces shredded Colby-Jack Cheese: 8 piece
  • ounces honey-flavored goat cheese: 4 piece (softened)
  • Buffalo wing sauce: 0.5 cup
  • blue cheese salad dressing: 0.5 cup
  • green bell pepper: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • onion: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • celery: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • scallions: 1 Tbsp (for garnish, chopped, optional)
