These Buffalo chicken sliders, made with shredded chicken tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, baked on Hawaiian sweet rolls with plenty of melty cheese, are good for a game day crowd, or a quick and easy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls (such as King’s Hawaiian®): 1 pack (12 ounce pack)
  • ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups): 6 piece (divided)
  • cooked chicken breast, warmed: 3 cups (finely shredded)
  • cayenne pepper hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®): 0.25 cup
  • ranch dressing: 0.25 cup
  • ranch dressing mix: 1 envelope (1 ounce envelope, divided)
  • unsalted butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
