Cheesecake pancakes topped with strawberries definitely take your breakfast game up a few notches.

Ingredients

  • ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and: 8 piece (chopped)
  • strawberry jam: 0.75 cup
  • ounces cream cheese: 4 piece (softened)
  • white sugar: 5 Tbsp (divided)
  • milk: 2 tsp
  • vanilla extract: 0.25 tsp
  • 3/4 cups all purpose flour: 1 piece
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • baking soda: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • egg, lightly: 1 piece (beaten)
  • 1/2 cups buttermilk: 1 piece
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
  • cooking spray:
  • Graham cracker crumbs or powdered sugar: (for topping)
